Kim Adlerman: Hello. My name is Kim Adlerman. The first part of my last name, Adler, is German for eagle, and that's how I came up with the pen name Ken Eagle, which I share with my husband Danny when we write together. My maiden name is Hauk. Many people actually pronounce it "hawk", including one of my brothers. So, it's kind of ironic that a hawk got together with an eagle and we had a few kids, and we made lots of books, and we're having lots of fun.
