Doug Wilhelm: Hello, my name is Doug Willhelm. My middle name is Mackintosh, like the apple. My middle name comes from my great grandfather whose name was Archibald William Macallister Mackintosh. My dad told me he was a sea captain who had been to every country in the world but two. My dad thought this was so cool that he was determined to name his firstborn son Archibald.

When my mom was pregnant with me, she decided I think that she didn't want her son, if it was a son to be named Archibald, so she got a dog and named it Archie. And when I came along, my dad had to name me something different and that's why I'm Doug Willhelm and not Archibald Willhelm. I think my mom had a good idea. Anyway, that's the story of my name.
