Eleni Tassopolous Wehner: Hello. My name is Eleni Tassopolous Wehner. Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, my name seemed very unique. However, in Greece you will find that it is very common. I was named after my great-grandmother on my dad's side of the family. I even have a cousin who grew up in Greece and has the exact same name as me and is the same age. Her name is also Eleni Tassopolous.

My sisters and I weren't given middle names, which ended up being convenient when I married my husband Greg in 2011. I took his last name, but legally made Tassopolous my middle name. All of our children have a family name either for their first or middle names. I believe names are a way of connecting us to our family history.
