Brigid Martin: Hi, my name is Brigid Martin. So, my name I know is a ridiculously Irish name, despite me being part Cuban. So I feel like that, you know, in the naming situation I got the Irish side. But my grandma, she's Cuban, but she's also from Brooklyn, so she's like this cute little sassy like Brooklyn lady. So she would always call me Bridge instead of Brigid, and she's the only person that calls me that. I like that nickname from her. I don't think too much about it. It's my name and I accept it. I don't give it too much thought, but I do like how it's spelled a little differently than most other people spell Brigid. Most people spell it with a T, so they'll say Bridgette, but it doesn't matter how it's pronounced, it's fine. I accept all pronunciations of my name.
