Ebony LaDelle: Hi, my name is Ebony LaDelle. Interesting story about my first name, Ebony, it actually means a hard, dark, wood, but also it comes from a very unique place. My mother grew up in the South and she would actually look at Ebony magazines and dream of one day moving to the big city and having this extravagant life full of a career and tons of culture. And so she named me after the magazine to sort of instill that in me, and I'm very thankful for that. And LaDelle, nothing interesting about my last name, but I would say that it's similar to Liddell. So that's a good way to remember how to pronounce it.
