Alda P. Dobbs: Hello, my name is Alda P. Dobbs. My first name could be pronounced as either AAHL-dah or ALL-dah. I've always been curious as to what names mean, and I looked up mine, and it turns out it's an old German name, and it means old and rich. So as time goes on, I'm getting closer to one of them, and it's definitely not rich.
