Chris Baron: My name is Chris. Growing up in my community and Jewish family, there was nobody else anywhere with the name Chris. But the story goes my mom lived in New York City on a street named Christopher Street, and she always felt like living there saved her life. So she named me Chris, so she could always remember it. I'm also the first original Baron because a long time ago people changed their names all the time. My family name was Rosensweig, but my parents, for a long list of very interesting reasons that I will one day write a book about, changed it to Baron. So now I am just Chris Baron.
