Melissa Roske: Hello, my name is Melissa Roske. The Melissa part is easy, but people get tripped up on my last name, Roske. It's my married name and it's German. So the final E is pronounced with an UH sound. ROSK-UH not ROSK-EE or ROSK-AY or even ROSK, which I hear a lot too. Funnily enough, my German husband pronounces our name ROSK-EE, because he says it's easier than correcting people all the time. I suppose he's right. But I think names should get the respect they deserve. So my name is Melissa Roske.
