Lindsey Lane: Hello. My name is Lindsey Lane. That's right. My name sounds like a street, which is how I remembered my name when I was small because, one day, I think it was my fifth birthday, I was a guest on the Bozo the Clown Show, which was pretty exciting, except when Bozo asked me my name. I said, "Lindsey," and he said, "Lindsey what?" I didn't know. I think he made a joke, but I was mortified. I vowed never to forget my last name again. To help me remember, I used my middle name, Cummings. Over and over I repeated, "Lindsey's coming down the lane. Lindsey's coming down the lane." I never forgot my name again. Later, when I was a teenager, some pals called me 1101 Lindsey Lane. I thought that was hilarious.
