Cat Winters: Hello, my name is Cat Winters. The pronunciation is pretty much exactly how it looks. Cat, C-A-T, like the animal, short for Catherine, and Winters, just remember that it's plural. I decided to go with a very easy name on my books. I actually grew up with a very difficult to pronounce and difficult to spell German last name, and my married name is also one that's very difficult to pronounce, so I decided to use the last name Winters as my pen name, and hopefully that will be nice and easy for people to say and spell and make it easier for people to find my books. Very proud of my real last name, but I really enjoy having Winters to use so people can easily find me.
