It's a name that people often mispronounce. The most common mispronunciation is cuh-ba-ti-gan, but I've heard people say it all sorts of ways, including Cappuccino. Because my name is Filipino and I'm not, I can't quite pronounce it right. There's a sound at the end that I can't get my mouth to make, but I figure it's my name now, so I can pronounce it or mispronounce it how I want.
