Ralph Fletcher: Hi. My name is Ralph Fletcher. My last name is easy to say -- Fletcher. I did some research about my name, and I learned that many years ago the Fletchers were arrow makers. As a matter of fact, even today the part of the arrow that has feathers on it is called the fletching.
