Cory Doctorow: Hi, my name's Cory Doctorow. It's kind of a funny surname. It's Russian, and it comes from Doctorovich, which means "son of a doctor," and so there's a lot of people who have variations on that last name. My grandfather changed his name when he came to Canada from the Soviet Union after World War II, and it's the name that I've grown up with, but recently because of the internet, we've been able to make contact with Doctrovichs all over the world who are distantly or closely related to us.
