I've always liked my last name, but growing up I didn't like the name Elise because it was always mispronounced. It was always Lisa or Elisa, or of course, the dreaded Elsie. At the time Elsie was a popular cow on TV who sold milk, so at a very young age I had to endure a lot of bad Elsie the cow jokes and mooing. So remember, it's Elise, not Elsie, not Lisa, not Elisa. It's Elise Primavera.
