Jacquetta Nammar Feldman: Hello, my name is Jacquetta Nammar Feldman. Jacquetta is an old French feminine form of Jacques or Jacob, which is my father's name. Nammar is my Palestinian family's name. It comes from the name Nammamreh which used to be the name of my family's neighborhood in Jerusalem. Feldman is the name I took when I married my husband and became part of a Jewish family. I am very proud to carry all my names.
