Monique Polak: Hello, my name is Monique Polak. The name Monique, my parents liked it. A lady that they liked had that name. I don't really know much about her. My parents are old and they don't remember much about her, either. My last name is pronounced "Pole-ack." My family's from Holland. It's a very common name in Holland and we believe probably that there's some Polish ancestors long ago.
