Juana Martinez-Neal: Hello, my name is Juana Martinez-Neal. Juana is J-U-A-N-A. Every time I introduce myself or I make an appointment or I have to go say my name in any way, I introduce myself as Juana, J-U-A-N-A. There's a funny story about when I went back to Peru after many, many, many years, over twenty years and I had to give my name and I spelled it, even though I was in a country where we were speaking Spanish. They knew how to pronounce it, but it's very simple. Juana is John or Juan. It's just the female version of Juan. It's not Quana with a Q. It's not an H. It's Juana. So, maybe it's a little bit of an H. I don't even know anymore. Juana.
