Margi Preus: Hello, my name is Margi Preus. Margi with a hard G and Preus, like voice. As the last of six children and the baby of the family, my father wanted to name me Omega. Omega is the last letter of the Greek alphabet and also can mean the end or the last of something. But my mother didn't go for that idea. And my father agreed instead to name me Margaret on the condition that my nickname would not be Marge or Margie. So, please, for the sake of my father, call me Margi, Margi Preus, that's Preus like voice, not Pruss or Prous or Price or Prius.
