Phoebe's finally reached the Promised Land -- and it's downright boring!

After weeks of hair-raising adventures on the Oregon Trail, Phoebe Brown and the intrepid Petticoat Party have finally arrived in Oregon City, the Promised Land. After just a few weeks of plowing sod and cutting down trees, though, Phoebe finds herself longing for those earlier day's of stampeding buffalo, lovesick Indians, and near starvation. And something terrible has happened to the rest of the Petticoat Party -- they're all settling down! Have all Phoebe's adventures come to an end? Where can a frontier girl go to find some excitement?
