This early reading primer will give any young reader a head start. The book is designed to teach reading through the use of a creative alphabet containing the majority of the phonetic sounds in the English language. Targeted for children ages 1 to 6 years, this phonetic approach makes reading simple and fun for both the young reader and parent or teacher. The book is designed ideally to cover one chapter per day such that the student will have acquired basic reading skills within about one month. Gradually introducing the 64 phonetic sounds in a specific order helps the reader to grasp the concepts quickly. Although the book is crafted for children, the approach may appeal equally to older students, including those who are learning English as a second language.
