Different animals (turtle, bird, bat, octopus, and goat) try to discover what is rustling in the dark near their hammock. Each animal examines just one part of the intruder and believes that it is an oversized version of itself. Just as they conclude that the huge beast is a Tur-Bat-Octo-Bird-Goat, it trumpets and they know it’s an elephant. They invite the elephant to join them in their hammock, and all is well until they hear another sound.
